The Role
  • Support children aged 0–5 years through play‑based learning and structured activities.
  • Work closely with other practitioners to deliver the EYFS curriculum.
  • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
  • Support children’s physical, emotional and social development.
  • Contribute to observations, assessments and planning.
What We’re Looking For
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or equivalent (desirable).
  • Recent experience working in a UK nursery or early years setting.
  • A warm, patient and reliable approach to working with young children.
  • Understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
  • Strong communication and team‑working skills.
