Are you a passionate and caring individual who loves working with children? We're looking for a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our team and help create a fun, safe, and stimulating environment for our little ones.

About the Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you'll be a vital part of our childcare team, providing high-quality care and support to children from birth to five years old. You'll work closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and the well-being of all children.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, nap times, and toileting.
  • Planning and leading engaging activities and play sessions.
  • Supporting children's learning and development.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment.
  • Communicating effectively with parents and guardians.
What We're Looking For
  • A genuine love for working with young children.
  • Experience in a childcare setting (preferred, but not essential).
  • Knowledge of early years development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A positive, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
