Reporting to the Head of Production, you'll play a key leadership role in bringing together the growing, quality, and technical functions under one consistent and collaborative approach.
You'll focus on people, process, and performance - ensuring that the site runs efficiently, and plants produced each year meet the high‑quality standards customers expect.
