Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development through purposeful play, exploration, and adult-led activities.

• Observe, record, and contribute to the assessment of children's progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience of working in an early years setting, particularly with 3-5 year olds.
• A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach, with a good sense of humour.
• A clear understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
