An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to join a stunning Forest Day Nursery, a welcoming and supportive team. Someone who has the passion of the outside, alongside the passion of early years management.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Forest School setting, ensuring high-quality outdoor learning experiences for all children.

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years or relevant field
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an early years or outdoor education setting
  • Forest School qualification (or a strong background in outdoor learning and a willingness to work towards it)
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for outdoor learning and child-led education
  • Ability to inspire and support staff, sharing Forest School skills and knowledge with the wider team
