About our Clients

Our Clients large and busy Nursery in Fleet, are now seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead the day to day running of the Nursery, supporting the team and families. Based on a 41 hr working week, 4.5 days, our Clients are offering a salary c£43k together with a £5k achievable bonus, also with great benefits.

Requirements
  • Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
  • At least 4 years experience of working within a day nursery.
  • Experience of a management role, in leading and supporting a teams.
  • Understanding of the Ofsted Requirements and up to date knowledge of all changes in Ofsted or the Curriculum.
  • A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
  • A solid understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
Inspirational, passionate and supportive leadership skills

Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.

Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
