Job summary

A prominent childcare provider in East Midlands is seeking a Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure an enriching learning environment for children aged 0-5. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, possess at least four years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 3 or above in Early Years / Childcare.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Have a minimum Level 3 or above in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent
  • At least four years’ experience working in the Early Years sector
  • Relevant skills for working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Experience of leading and supporting teams and the overall day to day running of a nursery
  • Experienced in all areas of nursery management i.e. Childcare & Education, staff, finance, health & safety and general and operations management
  • Proven track record of involvement in supporting inspections
