We are seeking a full-time Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Tenderlinks Godalming. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children, designing and leading age-appropriate activities, and maintaining a safe and stimulating environment. A significant part of this role is building positive relationships with children and their families while collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional childcare services.

Nursery Practitioner - Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities to foster learning and development.
  • Create a clean, safe, and stimulating environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Monitor children's development and communicate their progress with parents or guardians.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a harmonious and supportive workplace.
  • Follow all safeguarding and first-aid procedures to ensure child safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's daily activities and report any concerns to the nursery manager.
