Overview
We are seeking nursery educators. You must be qualified to a minimum of a level 2 or 3 nursery practitioner qualification to apply.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging and fun activities that cater to the diverse needs of children working as part of a team.
- Foster a love for learning through creative activities, play, and exploration.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child\'s progress and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programmes and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of children\'s progress and assessments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in early childhood education, particularly in nursery or childcare settings with a good understanding of the EYFS.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage groups of children effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Ability to create engaging educational play experiences that stimulate curiosity and learning.
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education level 2 or 3 CACHE Diploma, NNEB, NVQ or Early Years Workforce
- A proactive approach to professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
- Successful applicant must be able to undertake and provide a clear enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references.
