We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our small, close-knit nursery in Fulham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate childcare professional to combine leadership responsibilities with hands-on childcare in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office-Based Duties (Monday to Wednesday): Act as the Manager, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with EYFS standards, managing staff, and supporting team development.
  • Room-Based Duties (Thursday and Friday): Work in ratio, providing high-quality care and learning opportunities for children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
  • Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the team, ensuring effective communication.
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
