The Role

The Deputy Nursery Manager will:

• Support the Nursery Manager in leading and inspiring a highly qualified team.
• Provide colleagues with mentoring, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
• Play a vital role in delivering outstanding childcare and education.
• Support staff in daily practice, observation, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Gain valuable experience in the commercial running of a nursery, including:
  • Managing parent enquiries, tours and enrolments
  • Budgeting and staff rostering
  • Recruitment, staff wellbeing, and performance management
