Candidates should ideally hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education, with excellent communication skills and a passion for childhood education. Qualifications

  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 years old.
  • Ideally hold Level 2 or 3 or above in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • A passion for early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Are you ready to don your cape and become a superhero in the lives of young children? Our clients are seeking temporary Nursery Assistants with extraordinary powers in singing, educating, and playing to join the team of early childhood education superheroes!

As a Temporary Nursery Assistant Superhero, you will be an integral part of the team, working alongside experienced early childhood educators to create a positive and enriching experience for children aged 0-5 years. Your superpowers in singing, educating, and playing will be put to the test daily as you help shape the future generation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Singing Superpower:
    • Take part in daily sing-along sessions, incorporating age-appropriate songs and rhymes
  • Educating Expertise:
    • Assist in implementing our play-based learning curriculum
    • Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
    • Prepare and deliver age-appropriate educational activities
    • Observe and assess children's progress, reporting findings to senior staff
    • Adapt teaching methods to suit individual children's needs and learning styles
    • Organize and supervise indoor and outdoor play activities
    • Create imaginative play scenarios that encourage creativity and problem-solving
    • Ensure all play equipment is safe, clean, and properly maintained
    • Encourage children to explore their environment through guided play experiences
    • Use play as a tool to teach important social skills such as sharing and cooperation
Additional Duties
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment
  • Assist with meal and snack times, promoting healthy eating habits

We can support full and part time hours and work on anAPP system which allows you to be in full control of your working pattern and requirements.

Requirements or Skills:

  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 years old
  • Ideally hold Level 2 or 3 or above in Early Years Education or equivalent
