Overview

Join our Team as a Nursery Practitioner at St. Barnabas CofE Primary School!

Start Date: 03/11/2025
Salary: Grade 10, £26,824 - 28,142 FTE per annum (Actual Salary based on weeks worked and hours: £20,266.17– £21,261.95 p.a.)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 32.5 per week, 8.30am – 3.30pm (Monday to Friday), term time only to include INSET days (39 weeks)

Responsibilities
  • Level 3 Early Years Educator / Childcare Qualification (or equivalent)
  • Recent and relevant experience in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
  • Ability to present information both orally and in written form in a concise, coherent way in order to keep records and assess children’s progress
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • A flexible and collaborative approach, with a commitment to professional development
  • Fluency Duty: This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
