As an RGN Unit Lead Nurse, you will:

• Assess and provide health supervision and direct nursing care.
• Evaluate social and health care needs of new clients and conduct ongoing assessments.
• Maintain and complete client care plans in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
• Administer prescribed medications and document them according to guidelines.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, offering guidance and support.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and courses.
• Communicate effectively with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
