A healthcare organization in Middlesbrough seeks a Nurse Practitioner/Paramedic to deliver high-quality patient care. The role involves assessing and treating various medical conditions, with a focus on autonomy and clinical decision-making. Ideal candidates will have experience in Primary Care and be capable independent prescribers. The position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to delivering exceptional patient services.
Due toour increasing list size, we are looking for a Nurse Practitioner/Paramedic who ispassionate about their role; you must be an established clinician and decisionmaker. The successful Nurse Practitioner/Paramedic must be able to work autonomously, bean independent prescriber and able to see patients with minor ailments.Experience of visiting patients in their own homes would also be anadvantage
Youmust be able to demonstrate safe and competent clinical decision making skillsincluding assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care for patientswithin a Primary Care setting.

Assess, diagnose and treat patients attending with a range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Assess and refer to appropriate agency.
Directly admit patients to secondary care as necessary.
Request diagnostic investigation within agreed protocols.
Interpret a range of diagnostic tests and routine clinical procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with NHS guidelines.
Delivery of care in line with NICE guidelines.
Cambridge Medical Group is an established forward-thinking GMS training practice, also providing broader health initiatives led by the Eston PCN. We currently consist of four dedicated partners, a skilled salaried GP, nursing team and administrative team.
Prioritise and triage patientspresenting with a range of acute and chronic conditions, making any necessaryreferrals for investigations in the appropriate manner.
Implement and evaluate individualspecialised treatment plans for patients.
Provide advanced, specialistnursing care to patients as required in accordance with clinical basedevidence, NICE and the NSF.
Provide specialist clinics asrequired.
Undertake the collection ofpathological specimens/request pathology services as necessary. Process andinterpret pathology and other test results as required.
Maintain accurate clinicalrecords in conjunction with extant legislation.
Ensure read codes are usedeffectively.
Prioritise health issues andintervene appropriately.
Contribute to practice targets(QOF etc.), complying with local and regional guidance.
Liaise with externalservices/agencies to ensure the patient is supported appropriately (vulnerablepatients etc.).
Support the clinical team withall safeguarding matters in accordance with local and national policies.
Participate in local initiativesto enhance service delivery and patient care.
