Black Fox Solutions is delighted to partner with a well-regarded nursing home in East Belfast, a 55-bed facility recognised for its commitment to exceptional standards of care for residents living with dementia and age-related conditions.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Manager to take charge of clinical operations, inspire a dedicated care team, and uphold a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care. This is an outstanding opportunity for either an experienced Nurse Manager looking for a fresh challenge or a Deputy Manager eager to step into a senior leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice and resident care.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care team to deliver excellence.
  • Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and professional standards.
  • Ensure safe staffing levels, carrying out recruitment checks, references, and Access NI clearance.
  • Uphold legal and professional requirements, including NMC registration and right-to-work documentation.
  • Work closely with the Deputy Manager to provide consistent, high-quality care.
About You
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Nurse Manager in a care home setting.
  • Active NMC PIN with no restrictions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and resident wellbeing.
  • Must have the right to work in Northern Ireland (sponsorship not available).
