We are undergoing a period of change and looking for the right person to join us in a strategic position to support the service through transformational change. This is the establishment of a new nursing leadership role within the service and is an exciting opportunity for someone who has the experience to undertake this role.
We are seeking a Learning Disabilities Nurse Consultant who is committed to delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and is passionate about working collaboratively to support improvement and sustainable service delivery for the learning disabilities population.
This is a pivotal role for an experienced senior nurse or advanced nurse practitioner who will influence practice, shape service delivery, and lead innovation to ensure people with learning disabilities receive safe, effective, and compassionate care across all settings. You will work at a system-wide level, collaborating with senior clinicians, managers, and partner agencies to improve health outcomes, reduce inequalities, and enhance the experience of people with learning disabilities and their families or carers.
You will be a nurse leader with substantial experience working with people with learning disabilities in senior roles. We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Consultant Nurse for Learning Disabilities to provide advanced clinical leadership, professional expertise, and strategic direction across our Learning Disability services.
