Flexible working arrangements are available and can be discussed with Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage claims and act as a clinical expert providing specialist knowledge and assistance to our members.
  • Ensure members are aware of treatment options within their cover and keep them informed of the progress of their claims.
  • Provide telephone support during difficult times to our members and their families.
  • Contribute to the team, department and wider business targets and understand how you can personally contribute.
  • Understand and role model the principles of claims cost management and identify potential areas of leakage.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and expertise to protect what matters most to our customers.
Qualifications
  • Nursing diploma or Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in nursing.
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Ideally, cancer nursing experience.
  • High levels of judgement, decision making and ownership.
