A leading healthcare provider in Exeter seeks a Nurse Associate to deliver clinical care in home and clinic settings. The ideal candidate will provide holistic care and support patients' independence, with a full driving licence required. Role Summary: As a Nurse Associate you will be responsible for working clinically to deliver care to patients in their own homes and in a clinic environment. You will provide holistic care, advice and information to patients and carers within the home environment or other appropriate care settings.
