Your Role:

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide expert endocrine care via nurse-led clinics, treatment planning, and inpatient support, ensuring personalized, compassionate care
  • Act as the key worker for complex endocrine patients – delivering tailored education, support, and guidance
  • Lead endocrine testing, interpret results, prescribe treatments, and collaborate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
  • Develop and enhance endocrine services, supervise and mentor junior staff and students
  • Deliver specialist education to patients, carers, and professionals, empowering them with knowledge
  • Communicate sensitively with patients and families, supporting informed decisions and building trust
  • Maintain accurate records, lead audits, and support quality improvement initiatives
  • Promote evidence-based practice, participate in governance, and manage resources effectively
  • Drive continuous learning and innovation to keep our endocrine services at the forefront of excellence
