This role works alongside the Head of Operations blending T0 / real time trade assistant duties with projects to further scale the business and implement systems and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Leading projects and collaborating with other stakeholders to streamline processes / systems and enhance workflows.
• Building tools to ensure T+0 capture, and effective trade management.
• Ensure oversight and appropriate escalation responses for all post-trade processes.
• Daily trade reporting.
• Monitoring and analysing live trading positions and P&L.
