About the Firm

A well-established East London law firm, operating since 1963, is seeking a Conveyancer with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience to join their growing Residential Property team. The firm provides practical, client-focused legal services to individuals and businesses across the UK and internationally.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Prepare and review legal documents related to conveyancing transactions
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties to progress matters efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures
  • Support senior solicitors with complex transactions where necessary
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Conveyancer or Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ–1 Year PQE)
  • Experience or strong interest in residential property conveyancing (training seat or paralegal experience beneficial)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Client-focused approach with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
