NQ Commercial Property Solicitor Leeds – £36,000 - £40,000. NQ Commercial Property Solicitor Leeds City Centre Hybrid. Salary negotiable. Are you a Newly Qualified Solicitor looking to build your career in Commercial Property? Our client, a top-tier regional law firm with a stellar reputation, is seeking an ambitious and driven NQ Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team in central Leeds.

Based in central Leeds, the offices are less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. Hybrid working is available as well.

Responsibilities
  • Gain exposure to a wide range of high-quality commercial property work, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
  • Manage landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases and lease renewals.
  • Involvement in development and regeneration projects and real estate aspects of corporate transactions.
  • Work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers who are committed to mentoring and developing junior talent.
Qualifications
  • Newly Qualified Solicitor (0–1 year PQE) with a completed seat in commercial property.
  • Excellent technical and drafting skills, strong commercial awareness, and a client-focused approach.
  • Proactive team player with a desire to learn and progress.
