Qualifications

• NQ-1 PQE with experience (or a strong seat) in Clinical Negligence and/or Personal Injury.
• Strong client communication skills and a genuine interest in claimant work.
• Detail-driven, organised and comfortable working with sensitive issues.
• Ambitious, proactive and eager to build expertise.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with experienced partners and senior associates on Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury cases.
• Take on your own files and assist on larger claims.
• Get involved in investigations, expert evidence, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
