Job description

We are seeking to recruit a highly self-motivated, conscientious, and committed individual who has a do it now & can-do attitude to produce high quality rubber and plastic moulded products to specification and target.

Not one day is the same when working as an NPI Technician, each day you have a variety of parts allowing for the creativity to flow. Based in the Aberdeen Workshop, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all new product introductions are completed on time and within budget, ensuring all production related processes are carried out in an efficient way. Within the role you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements.

Minimum grade level two moulding experience is essential. Ability to work on own initiative, willingness to learn and make decisions.
