NPD Project Manager – West London – £55k

Help a business making superpremiumproducts for the very best customers so their NPD processes are as good as their products!

Right now, the NPD pipeline is busy, varied, and just a bit disjointed. There are some strong people in the team — but no one owning the overall critical path. That’s where you come in.

You’ll pick up live projects and keep them moving — from packaging changes and size adjustments through to new product launches. Some jobs you’ll hand over to the team, others you’ll run yourself, end to end. You’ll decide what information stakeholders actually need (and stop people drowning in detail), keep everyone aligned, and make sure deadlines stick.

This isn’t a “manage the process and go home” job. It’s hands-on, sleeves-up work, where you’ll be as involved in the doing as the planning.

The kind of person who’ll thrive here:

• You learned what good NPD project management looks like in a bigger, process-driven business, and now want to make a bigger impact in a smaller one.
• Or you came through a grad scheme, have 3–4 years’ experience, and are impatient to move up — ready to run the whole show.
• Or you’ve already managed multiple critical paths before, across functions, and want to take on a role where change and improvement are part of the job.

You’ll need:

• Experience in NPD project management in food or drink (packaging changes and launches).
• A practical approach — you can spot what’s important, cut the noise, and get it done.
• The drive to get involved in the detail when needed.
