The Role

This customer-focused role involves working in partnership with a key retail customer, serving as the main contact and developing strong working relationships.

You will oversee projects from concept to launch, working from customer briefs and leading the development of new product ranges. Managing the NPD process, you will coordinate concept development, factory trials, and ensure technical and commercial parameters are met. You will also refresh the existing portfolio to keep the company competitive.

Proactive and resourceful, you will lead a small NPD team and collaborate with development chefs to identify the latest food trends and commercial opportunities.

You will conduct presentations to impress customers with your knowledge of on-trend innovations, helping the business achieve its commercial goals.
