Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 days per week on sites solutioning, action planning and caching the SVSP.
• Experience in managing customer relationships at a senior national and local level.
• High level of interpersonal skills to develop trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical lead for specified accounts in the region.
• Provide technical coaching during site reviews and action plan execution.
• Report quarterly to the Director of Operations regarding training needs.
