Salary - £11,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen our Board with individuals who bring specific skills and expertise in certain key areas.

Due to planned retirements, we are seeking members to sit on the GSA Board, our Audit and Risk Committee and up to one other committee depending on your skills. We are primarily looking for candidates with risk, audit and finance experience, however if you have other relevant skills we would love to hear from you. Other skills we would be interested in are housing operations, asset management and IT / digital.

About the role

The Board provides leadership and direction to the organisation to ensure that it fulfils its charitable purpose. It works collectively to oversee the running of the business, ensuring that it operates in a safe, effective, efficient and ethical manner.

Board members contribute to the setting of GreenSquareAccord`s strategic direction, working positively with the Executive Team to ensure they are held to account for the overall performance of the organisation and ensuring compliance with regulation and legislation....
