Overview

My Client is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join the London team.

Experience and Responsibilities

• Ideally, they are seeking a Solicitor over 4 years PQE who is able to deal with the front end of projects, drafting and negotiating the documents.
• You should have experience and expertise in drafting and negotiating the full range of construction documents including building contracts, collateral warranties, development documents such as agreements for lease, development agreements and forward funding agreements as well as dealing with the JCT and NEC forms of contract.
• The Client base is varied, including advising airports, councils and developers and contractors and cases worked on could include advising on solar and energy storage projects, as well as onshore/offshore wind.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE (ideally)
• Solid few years working within non-contentious construction law
