Overview

Are you an experienced Care Assistant looking to cover nights Monday to Friday?

We are looking for experienced, professional care assistants who are looking for nighttime work and live in the Nottingham, NG15 area.

You will be working in one of our client's care home environments in lovely, peaceful surroundings supporting residents with dementia and other age-related issues.

You will provide the residents who live there with support both physically and mentally, assisting with their night routines, and providing high levels of care as part of their routines.

You will be working as part of a friendly, professional team of Carers and Nurses assisting them with the individuals who call this their home.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the individuals with their emotional and physical needs
  • Providing companionship and being a friend
Qualifications
  • You must have proven experience within a similar care environment
  • Have a checkable work history
  • Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training, with an added fee
  • Have an in date enhanced DBS check; if your DBS has expired, we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you

Shift & Salary

This is an ongoing opportunity.

Your typical hours will start at 22.00 and finish at 07.00 the next morning, Monday to Friday.

You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.75 per hour, plus up to 28 days accrued holiday pay.
