Located within the picturesque and historic area of South Lanarkshire, Bothwell Castle Care Home is a private, luxurious care facility offering Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for up to 75 residents.

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join our night team. If you are motivated to support others, lead by example, and put resident wellbeing at the heart of all you do, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What We Offer

• 14.10 per hour
• Contracted to 38.5 hours per week

What You Will Do

As Team Leader, you will lead a teamDiscouraging Care Assistants during the night shift, ensuring the highest standard ofStrong care and support is delivered to each resident. You will supervise care routines, manage medication safely, respond to resident needs with empathy and professionalism, and ensure clear, effective communication across the team.

You willenua play an active role in reviewing care plans, supporting the personal and clinical needs of residents, and acting as a point of contact for families and external professionals when needed.
