Overview

Night Shift Production Manager - Precision Engineering & CNC Operations

Location: Coventry, Tile Hill

Hours: 18:00–04:30, Monday to Thursday + overtime (40 hours)

Salary: £50,000 - £57,000 per annum

The Role of Night Shift Production Manager

As Night Shift Production Manager, you will lead and empower our night production team, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality manufacturing output. You\'ll be accountable for performance, planning and continuous improvement across CNC and non-CNC processes.
