• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production line environment.

• Knowledge of GMP, health & safety, and PPM.
• Confident in monitoring performance and maintaining documentation.
• Positive, proactive, and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage production lines to meet planned volumes.
• Ensure accurate production documentation and system records.
• Maintain GMP and 'clean as you go' standards.
• Achieve line efficiency targets of at least 85%.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members.
