Shift: 12-hour shifts on Nights

What you’ll do:
  • Prepare product pots for extrusion in the filling area and carry out small-batch chemical processing following safety and quality procedures.
  • Load and unload raw Rockwool batts and coated batts from the automated spray line, and pack spray-coated materials to required specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the areas in line with safety and quality procedures.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines under the supervision of the Lead Operator.
  • Accurately record production/process data and support minimal downtime by monitoring process flow.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics, procurement, sales, and EHS colleagues to optimize workflow and maintain compliance.
What you’ll bring:
  • Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
  • Spray or Pneumatic Pump experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, good communication, and attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, with a focus on health and safety and compliance.
  • Ability to work shift patterns.
