Overview

The Night Porter is instrumental in overseeing the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise. This is a hands on role managing the guest expectations and ensuring the standards of the brand are maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the Food & Beverage Department of the hotel during the night
  • Welcome guests to the hotel in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Ensure that public areas are kept immaculate
  • Clean public areas and prepare meeting and event spaces ready for the next day
  • Assist guests with their luggage, deal with enquiries
  • Carry out nightly Health and Safety audits
Qualifications / Experience
  • Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial

  • Rate of Pay / Hours: £12.65 per hour (up to £13.20 including Tronc) Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development / 40 hours per week

  • Hours: Open 7 days a week 365 days a year; range of shifts and days; shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview
