Overview

Be Yourself – Be a Bold Team Player – Be Leonardo. As a Night Porter, you’ll be in the heart of the hotel and will support your Head of Department to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll be part of a vibrant team, maximise guest satisfaction by delivering excellent guest care at all times, and interact with guests at welcome and departure. You’ll also shape the guest experience by getting involved in the kitchen to prepare room service orders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Department to keep hotel operations running like clockwork.
• Interact with guests at welcome and departure and deliver high-quality guest care.
• Assist in the kitchen to prepare room service orders when required.
• Be detail-oriented in setting out ambient breakfast items in the morning and ensure presentation is attractive.

Ideal Night Porter / Qualifications

• Be yourself and contribute positively as part of the night team.
• Take responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and our guests (along with your night team colleagues).
• Carry out regular Fire Walks each night.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on presentation and guest experience.
