Night Mechanical Engineer - East London

Overview: Are you a skilled mechanical engineer with a passion for night-shift work? We have an excellent opportunity to join our team in East London. We are looking for a dedicated professional to help maintain and optimise mechanical and plumbing systems during the night.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and fault-find, repair and optimise a variety of mechanical and plumbing systems.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the facility.
  • Apply expertise to support continued operations during night shifts.
Shift Pattern
  • 4-on, 4-off, 12-hour shifts (nights)
Salary and Benefits
  • £45,000 base salary
  • £2,000 shift allowance

Essential Qualifications
  • Level 3 Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing Qualification: You must have a recognized Level 3 qualification, such as a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Domestic Heating.
