Key Responsibilities

As a Night Manager, you’ll guide and support our night colleagues to deliver high merchandising standards, customer service, and operational excellence while everything runs smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps.

• Lead the night team through effective planning, communication and on-shift coaching
• Deliver brilliant basics in stock availability, shelf‑edge standards, gap management and replenishment
• Respond to incidents promptly, ensuring colleague safety and store security
• Maintain accurate and timely shift reporting, handovers, and performance feedback
• Champion a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and high performance

• Supervisory or management experience in retail, logistics or operations
