Service Manager – Night Manager

Responsibilities
  • Run the night reports and ensure all reports are properly closed, prepared for next day operations.
  • Respond to emergencies according to standard operating procedures and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.
  • Be pro-active and quick to access situations to make decisive decisions.
Qualifications
  • Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background
  • Has experience in the same capacity, preferably in a luxury hotel
  • Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
  • Fully understands room operations
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as local language)
  • Has strong interpersonal skills and enjoys coming up with best fit solutions
  • Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented
