• Lead the night team through effective planning, communication and on‑shift coaching
• Deliver brilliant basics in stock availability, shelf‑edge standards, gap management and replenishment
• Respond to incidents promptly, ensuring colleague safety and store security
• Maintain accurate and timely shift reporting, handovers, and performance feedback
• Champion a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and high performance
