Qualifications

  • Experience as a concierge is a plus, but customer service or security background is valued.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and visitors, handle queries and maintenance requests.
  • Address issues promptly, escalate concerns when needed.
  • Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor safety.
  • Handle and record deliveries for residents.
  • Keep the concierge area and lobby presentable.
  • Perform safety checks and assist with fire safety measures.
  • Offer local advice and recommendations to enhance experiences.

Join Our Team as a Concierge in London!

This landmark development will comprise approximately 1,500 residential units, complemented by commercial spaces and a range of high-quality amenities. Delivered in phases over a 10-year period, the first 300 homes are set for completion within the first year.

Role Details:
  • Location: London, E3
  • Annual Salary: £30,000
  • Hours/Working Pattern: 7pm-7am, 4 on 4 off
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
  • Problem‑Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and elevate concerns as needed.
  • Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
  • Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up.
  • Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
  • Safety Checks: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
  • Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
  • A positive, can‑do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
