Overview

Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. Role

Night Care Team Manager — Full time (35 hours per week). Alternate Weekends required.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the Home and all its services function in accordance with company policy and the National Care Standards Commission requirements, including the responsibility of managing the home during a shift.
  • Undertake a variety of care and housekeeping duties whilst promoting dignity, privacy and encouraging the independence of residents.
  • Ensure that domestic tasks within the home are carried out to meet required health and safety standards.
  • Comply with the company's Equal Opportunities policy and procedures, at all times.
  • Lead a great care team from the front.
  • Maximise the quality of life for all residents and maintain the day-to-day efficiency of the home.
Qualifications
  • Level 3 Diploma in Care
