Qualifications

• Demonstrable leadership or mentoring experience within an elderly care or dementia care setting.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional person-centred care.
• Experience working night shifts is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with safeguarding and night-time safety protocols.
• Complete regular checks on residents in accordance with individual care plans.
• Administer medication and document all care delivered accurately.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in residents’ conditions.
