Job summary

Qualifications

• Carry out walking handover and account for all residents.
• Ensure efficient running of the home and lead by example.

• Conduct regular checks on residents' needs throughout the night.
• Complete and sign night documentation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of records required by CQC.
