Qualifications

• Previous experience in care is essential.
• Understanding of dementia-related needs is advantageous.
• Willingness to complete NVQ/QCF Level 2.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with night-time routines and personal care.
• Provide a comforting presence and respond to needs throughout the night.
• Monitor wellbeing and carry out regular checks.
• Support early-morning washing and dressing before handover.
• Keep the environment safe, tidy, and calm.
• Ensure good communication with colleagues across shifts.
