The role of a Night Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare is to provide compassionate and high-quality care to the residents in a care home environment. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing support and companionship, and ensuring the well-being of the residents throughout the night shift.

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
