Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate personal care to residents, respecting their dignity and independence.
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  • Support the development and implementation of individual care plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress.Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices in elder care.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in nursing care.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • Compassionate attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Driving license is advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of care planning processes is preferred.
  • Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
  • Respect for diverse religious backgrounds and cultural sensitivities.
  • Pay rate £11.37 under 21, £12.32 over 21 and £13.07 with a proven NVQ Level 3 certificate.
