Overview

Job Title: Band 5 Dietitian
Specialism: Dietetics
Location: Enfield, UK
Salary: Up to £23 per hour
Salary Type: Hourly
Contract: Ongoing, Part-time

Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough dietetic assessments for patients with various physical and psychological conditions in settings such as homes, care homes, nursing homes, and outpatient clinics.
  • Offer advice, treatment, and continuous monitoring to patients presenting with a broad spectrum of conditions, managing your caseload efficiently.
  • Use excellent communication skills to maintain close collaboration with hospitals and community teams, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills as you handle your caseload and contribute to the team’s goals.
  • Develop educational resources and programmes for patients, carers, and staff to enhance knowledge across the service.
  • Collaborate with the Dietetic Manager and Primary Care Lead to produce, implement, and update key policies and procedures to improve service quality.
  • Engage in research and audit activities within the Dietetic Service to advance the field and integrate evidence-based practices into your work.
