Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Stoke-on-Trent seeks an Appointment Scheduler to join the Imaging Directorate. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 GCSEs in Maths and English and have experience in customer service, preferably within the NHS. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 GCSEs / O levels (bands A - C) Maths & English or equivalent experience.
• Experience in using CRIS required.
• Minimum of one year's experience dealing with patients or public.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments to meet local and national targets.
• Communicate with patients and monitor waiting lists.
• Handle enquiries courteously over the phone and face to face.

Excellent standard of literacy and numeracy
